Service Description
Our life coaching consultations are designed to help you gain clarity, identify your goals, and create a plan for lasting personal growth. During this session, we’ll explore where you are now, where you want to be, and what obstacles might be standing in your way. Through a supportive and empowering conversation, we’ll: - Identify key areas of your life you want to improve or transform - Uncover limiting beliefs or patterns holding you back - Set clear, realistic goals aligned with your values - Begin crafting actionable steps toward meaningful change I specialize in supporting individuals overcoming past relationship trauma, navigating life transitions, managing ADHD, body image support while striving to build confidence, balance, and purpose in their daily lives. This is your first step toward creating the life you’ve been envisioning, with guidance, accountability, and a holistic approach to personal growth.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment All consultations must be booked online and paid in full at the time of booking. Sessions are held virtually via a secure video platform. A link will be sent to your email upon confirmation. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance for a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are late to your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. 3. No-Show Policy A no-show is considered a missed appointment without notice. No-shows will result in forfeiting the session fee. The coach will wait online for 15 minutes, arriving later than 15 minutes will forfeit the session, without notice. 4. Communication Please ensure your contact information is accurate. All updates and links will be sent via email. If you have any questions or need to reschedule, you can contact me at [your email or preferred contact method]. 5. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential and held in a judgment-free, supportive space. What you share stays between us.
