Service Description
This 1:1 check-in call is your dedicated time to review progress, celebrate wins, and troubleshoot any challenges you’re facing. We’ll go over your training, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle habits to ensure everything is aligned with your goals. This is also your space to ask questions, get personalized guidance, and make adjustments in real time, so you can continue moving forward with confidence. These calls are designed to keep you accountable, supported, and progressing - because your journey deserves intention and strategy.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment All consultations must be booked online and paid in full at the time of booking. Sessions are held virtually via a secure video platform. A link will be sent to your email upon confirmation. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance for a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are late to your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. 3. No-Show Policy A no-show is considered a missed appointment without notice. No-shows will result in forfeiting the session fee. The coach will wait online for 15 minutes, arriving later than 15 minutes will forfeit the session, without notice. 4. Communication Please ensure your contact information is accurate. All updates and links will be sent via email. If you have any questions or need to reschedule, you can contact me at [your email or preferred contact method]. 5. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential and held in a judgment-free, supportive space. What you share stays between us.
